PAYMENTS

All prices are subject to change, please check current prices before booking. A 50% deposit is required to secure the date and time of the event, until a deposit is paid your required date cannot be secured. Once a deposit has been paid you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of hiring our photo pod and/or photographer. The remaining invoice needs to be paid a minimum of 7 days before the event. A penalty fee of 10% a week will incur for overdue payments post the event. All prices include GST.

 

CANCELLATION

 

All deposits are non-refundable. If the hirer requires change of date and time 30 days’ notice will be required, if the date is not available 50% of the deposit will be returned to the hirer or full deposit can be held for future events. For cancellation of events, hirer must give us a minimum of 14 days from the event and the deposit will be held in lieu of a future event.

 

PRIVACY

 

All clientele’s information will remain confidential and will not be given to 3rd parties.

 

HIRING, DELIVERY AND SERVICES Delivery, set-up, and removal are free of charge. A small travel surcharge may apply dependent on venue location. An experienced attendant will come about an hour prior to event or earlier if balloon garlands need to be set-up. The hirer is held responsible for any damage to the equipment (photo pod, printer, backdrops/backgrounds etc.) during the duration of the hire.

 

USE OF IMAGES Unless otherwise agreed upon prior to the event, the hirer gives permission for Ready Steady Pose Pty Ltd to use photos from the photo pod for their website and advertisement purposes. Photos deemed unsuitable and damaging to a person’s reputation will not be used.

FORCE MAJEURE

 

Ready Steady Pose Pty Ltd will not be held liable for failing to perform under the agreement for any unforeseen circumstances, occurrences, or events outside our reasonable control. Examples include but are not limited to: COVID-19 lockdown, internet outage or interruption to service, fire, threatened or actual acts of terrorism, natural disaster, or war.

 

MISCELLANEOUS

 

The Attendant (employee of Ready Steady Pose Pty Ltd) may stop the use of the photo pod at any time during the event, if they feel that the equipment is being mishandled or misused which can be dangerous to individuals or damaging to the equipment. Any variations to these Terms & Conditions must be agreed by upon Ready Steady Pose.
